Weather:Guyana enjoys typically warm weather with extremes of hot and cold depending on the area of the country, with temperatures averaging around 16-34 degrees throughout the year. The wettest months are November to January and from late April to mid-August, and the hottest month is September.
Where to Stay in Guyana
Guyana is no place for luxury holidays. The lodges in the tropical forest and the Savanah are scarce and secluded. Usually run by Amerindian villagers who will provide an immersive experience. But if you are up for a treat you can still add some luxury to your holiday by staying in one of the few seafront luxury hotels in Georgetown. However, to get the Guyana full experience we recommend you stay at least a few nights in one of the rainforests or savannah’s natural resorts, lodges or camps tucked away from the civilization.
