The History Of SN Travel
SN Travel’s journey began in 1973, originally known as Stoke Newington Travel, when founder Leslie Joseph recognized a growing demand for flights to the Caribbean. In 1969, after establishing a Caribbean association in London, Leslie saw the need for a chartered flight to help migrants return home for Christmas to visit their families. Each year, as more and more migrants asked if he would charter another flight, Leslie expanded the service to include flights to various Caribbean islands. This sparked the creation of SN Travel, London’s dedicated Caribbean travel specialist.
The business quickly grew as word spread, and soon Leslie’s two daughters joined the family-run company. Over the years, SN Travel has built long-lasting relationships with its clients, many of whom have been booking with us for generations. Today, their children and even grandchildren continue to trust us with their travel plans.
We pride ourselves on offering a personal touch, taking the time to understand our customers’ needs and ensuring they feel cared for every step of the way.
Since those early days, the business has expanded its offerings, now providing a wide range of services, including worldwide holidays, cruises, and destination weddings—while still maintaining the close-knit, family-oriented service that made us a trusted name in travel.
