IMPORTANT NOTICE – Saint Lucia Airport Tax Increase.

SN Travel have recently been advised by the Government of Saint Lucia that as of 1st April 2017 they will be implementing an increase in Airport Departure Tax as well as reinstating an Airport Development Tax. The increase will amount to approximately £60 per person.
The increased airport tax is necessary in order to support the much needed improvements to the airport in Saint Lucia and to assist with the government’s plans for further development for tourism on the island.
The increase will be applied to all departures from 1st April 2017.
Please note that any passengers who have already booked to travel to Saint Lucia for travel after 1st April 2017 will NOT be affected by the increase.
The increase is also NOT applicable to any bookings made before 15th March 2017 for travel to Saint Lucia after 1st April 2017.
Should you wish to avoid incurring these extra costs to your flight to Saint Lucia we strongly recommend that you book your trip prior to 15th March 2017.

Recently used SN Travel for the second time to help us with our annual holiday The booking process with Laura was great as always but everything after that was very poor. The hotel we stayed at was in the middle of a major upgrade with work starting early in the morning and lasting all day. It was noisy and dusty and not how I want to spend my holiday. The work was right outside our room and all round the swimming pool, see photos. Whilst I fully understand that this is not the fault of SN Travel other holiday makers had been warned and either moved to other buildings on the complex or changed hotels. Either SN Travel decided not to tell us this or they are not very well informed by their local agent. Either way you should question why you need to use them rather than go direct to the hotel or book online Our transfer from the airport, which they organised, was also a shambles but again they are taking no responsibility for that either. Make your own judgement as to whether you want to use this company, I think there are many better ones out there. We certainly won’t ever use them again

Sntravel exceeded the dream. We recently had 78 passengers in our group who booked with SNTravel to travel to Antigua for a 60th birthday staying at St James's Club and other parts of the island. My recent travel was sadly horrendous. The issues start with information for my flight to my hotel stay. I had to email and call SN for my final holiday details as my date for travelling were nearing. This filled me with anxiety. My hotel itinerary was different to my friends, I had room only booked with no breakfast meal, the lift to our hotel floor was not working properly, there was no one to help us with our luggage to our room on the 18th floor, we had no hot water to shower after travelling for hours, I could not close the blinds to my window, so was completely disposed to all to see me in my room, the room itself was not very clean. My friends in another room also experienced the same issues as well, and we spoke with other guests who were equally disappointed. We complained almost every day, and eventually spoke to the hotel director Bill Russell (that's the name he gave us) Bill informed us that a waiver of 1 nights stay would be returned to us as soon as SN travel were contacted and informed. Sad to say this was my first time using SN and will be the last. DO NOT GO TO THE MANHATTAN AT TIMES SQUARE HOTEL!!! This place needs to be completely refurbished. We await to find out if we will have further contact with SN Travel & The Manhattan.
