Let’s Help to Re-build Barbuda

Only a short amount of time has passed since Hurricane Irma battered beautiful Barbuda and only now are we learning of the true extent of the damage.
SN Travel has worked closely with the nation of Antigua and Barbuda for many years and has very strong links with the islands. We are devastated that this tiny paradise island has been so horrifically destroyed by the force of nature and wish to show our support in every way we possibly can to help rebuild the lives of the people of Barbuda and bring the island back to life.
Help is needed desperately and donations are being gratefully received from around the world.  The High Commission of Antigua and Barbuda has provided us with a detailed list of items urgently required, so if you would like to donate, please see the below list followed by details of where to donate your items:
General Items: Generators, Dried/Canned Foods, Disposable Wipes, Water Purifiers and Water Treatment Tablets, Water Pumps, Buckets and Containers for Storage.
Household Items: Cots, Mattresses, Pillows, Bed Linen, Towels.
Items for Babies: Dried/Canned Milk, Nappies, Baby Bottles, Toys.
Women/Girls: Toiletries, Deodorants, Body Lotion, Sanitary Items, Shaving Items (men & women).
Medication: Painkillers, First Aid Kits, Torches and Batteries.
Building Materials: Steel, Lumber, Plywood, Tarpaulin, Roofing Material, Windows, Doors, Nails, Screws, Hammers, Screwdrivers, Toilets.

Kestrel Shipping in Essex has kindly made a warehouse available to receive donations too and will package and fly items to Antigua and Barbuda every Tuesday from 12th September at no cost.
