My recent travel was sadly horrendous.
The issues start with information for my flight to my hotel stay.
I had to email and call SN for my final holiday details as my date for travelling were nearing. This filled me with anxiety.
My hotel itinerary was different to my friends, I had room only booked with no breakfast meal, the lift to our hotel floor was not working properly, there was no one to help us with our luggage to our room on the 18th floor, we had no hot water to shower after travelling for hours, I could not close the blinds to my window, so was completely disposed to all to see me in my room, the room itself was not very clean. My friends in another room also experienced the same issues as well, and we spoke with other guests who were equally disappointed. We complained almost every day, and eventually spoke to the hotel director Bill Russell (that's the name he gave us) Bill informed us that a waiver of 1 nights stay would be returned to us as soon as SN travel were contacted and informed.
Sad to say this was my first time using SN and will be the last.
DO NOT GO TO THE MANHATTAN AT TIMES SQUARE HOTEL!!!
This place needs to be completely refurbished.
We await to find out if we will have further contact with SN Travel & The Manhattan.
